Bruce Museum holds Last Days of Pangea: In the Footsteps of Dinosaurs

Beginning Nov. 19, the Bruce Museum will delve into this region’s ancient past in the new exhibition Last Days of Pangea: In the Footsteps of Dinosaurs. The show highlights fossil discoveries from the Connecticut Valley and beyond.

Footprint called a Eubrontes track left by a dinosaur. This type of footprint is our state fossil.

Dinosaurs at the Beach Saturday, Aug. 27

Kate Dzikiewicz, Bruce Museum Paul Griswold Howes Fellow and paleontologist, will present a family friendly program on dinosaurs on Saturday, Aug. 27, at 3 p.m., at the Bruce Museum Seaside Center at Greenwich Point Park.

Dr. Daniel Thomas comes to the Bruce Museum all the way from New Zealand to answer the question, Did Dinosaurs Haved Red Feathers?
