Town’s actions could result in hundreds of millions in fines

On July 22, 2003 the town of Greenwich stipulated, with regard to Greenwich High School, that “The entire property is a wetlands” with a deed restriction permanently attached to 10 Hillside Road Site Plan.

Just say no to Greenwich High School

Everyone knows the Greenwich High School campus is full of deadly poison: PCBs, arsenic, heavy metals, chlordane, asbestos, PAH, lead, chromium etc. and that Greenwich High School students and teachers are exposed to these poisons every day they go to school.

The town needs to honor its deed restrictions

“A judgment is hard to overturn.” That’s what Gary Dell’Abate, member of the Greenwich Board of Parks and Recreation, said on July 30.
