Discussion on creating healthier homes tonight

If winter viruses have left you wondering how to make a healthier home, join Lyme Talks as it presents Matthew Waletzke, a Certified Building Biologist Consultant who will discuss Making Your Home a Healthy Living Environment at Greenwich Town Hall tonight, Feb. 7, at 7 p.m.

This month’s Lyme Talks will address transforming living environments for optimal health by eliminating toxins from the home. The topic is of particular relevance to all who need to boost their immune defenses, particularly those fighting Lyme and other tick-borne diseases. Following Mr. Waletzke’s talk there will be time for sharing, support and discussion, facilitated by licensed therapist Angela LaManna.

In addition to being a principal at Healthy Dwellings, Mr. Waletzke has a background in energy medicine and biofeedback. His prior experience includes serving as the manager of a wellness center.

Lyme Talks take place from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month at Greenwich Town Hall. For a full calendar of Lyme Talks visit Lymeresearchalliance.org.
