Wildlife in Winter program Jan. 29

Friends of Greenwich Point and the Stamford Museum & Nature Center will explore Wildlife in Winter Sunday, Jan. 29, from 1-3 p.m., with live-animal presentations at 1:30 and 2:30, at Innis Arden Cottage, Greenwich Point.

The program looks at adaptations different types of animals (such as reptiles, birds, and mammals) have made to survive the winter freeze, and how some migrate to beat the cold.

Meet a live chinchilla, turtle, owl and many other animals.

This is a family event; all ages welcome.
