Longtime Greenwich resident Lynn Schiro, a top real estate producer for more than 20 years, has joined the ranks of William Raveis Real Estate in its Greenwich/Old Greenwich office. She will work out of the 45 Field Point Road location.

“We are thrilled that Lynn has joined the William Raveis team of real estate professionals, where client service is the No. 1 priority,” said Beckie Hanley, senior vice president of the Greenwich/Old Greenwich office.

Schiro, who represents buyers and sellers within the town of Greenwich, is a member of the Greenwich Multiple Listing Service, the Connecticut Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, and is affiliated with Luxury Portfolio and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. She has won several awards for consistent top performance serving all price points, from starter homes to multi-million-dollar estates.

Schiro lives with her husband, Tom, and two daughters in central Greenwich, and “works tirelessly to make sure her clients are satisfied with the closing price for their home, whether on the sale or the buy side of the transaction, while keeping in mind both the emotional and financial demands of her clients,” according to her website, LynnSchiro.raveis.com.

She “brings community and market knowledge, outstanding customer service, honesty and accountability to all her clients,” the site added.

Schiro has served on several local boards of directors and committees, including Young Life, Stanwich Church Missions, Parents Helping Parents and the DART Foundation

Prior to her career in real estate, Schiro worked in finance for Nestle and in accounting for W.R. Grace. She received her bachelor of business administration degree, focusing on accounting, as well as a master of business administration degree, with an emphasis on finance, from Iona College.

“I dedicate myself to getting results, whether listing a house for sale or working with buyers to find their dream home or relocate,” the Realtor said.

“My goal is to help my clients make sound business decisions for the future,” she added. “I will guide the process and make it as smooth and stress-free as possible.”
