Election Matters: The State of Voting in 2016

The League of Women Voters together with the Greenwich Democratic and Greenwich Republican Town Committees and the Greenwich Library present Election Matters: The State of Voting in 2016 Tuesday, Sept. 20, from 7-9 p.m., in the Greenwich Library’s Cole Auditorium. Refreshments and voter registration drive at 6:30 p.m. The event will feature the short documentary, Electoral Dysfunction, followed by a distinguished panel who will discuss and respond to questions.

Moderator is Victoria Bassetti, author, Electoral Dysfunction: A Survival Manual for Voters. Also in attendance will be Michael Brandi, Executive Director, State Elections Enforcement Commission; John Fund, National Affairs Columnist, National Review; Denise Merrill, Secretary of the State of Connecticut; Michael Waldman, President, The Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law.
