Golf tournament supports Greenwich Scouting

Greenwich Scouting’s Perry L. Burns Memorial Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, Sept. 12, with a 12:30 p.m. tee off, 5 p.m. cocktail reception and silent auction, awards, live auction, and 6:30 p.m. buffet., at the Round Hill Club, 33 Round Hill Club Road, Greenwich.

Cost is $100 per person for cocktails and dinner only.

All proceeds of the tournament benefit the youth and operations of Greenwich Scouting.

The Greenwich Council, Boy Scouts of America is comprised of more than 350 volunteers who serve nearly 2,500 local boys and girls each year. Youth participate in scouting programs, attend Camp Seton Summer Camp and contribute to local community service projects.  As the largest fundraiser of the year, the Golf Tournament helps fund the fun Scouting programs that build character, foster volunteerism and explore the outdoors, all helping to prepare our youth for life.
