GEC: Two Women, Two Farms, Two Unique Stories

The Garden Education Center of Greenwich presents a lunch event featuring the stories of Cato Corner Farm and Walnut Ledge Farm, two CT farms, both protected by women committed to saving their family land on Aug. 25, at noon, at the Mill Street Bar and Table, 230 Mill Street, Greenwich. Guest speaker is Elisabeth Moore, executive director, Connecticut Farmland Trust.

Attendees may sample the fruits and cheeses from both of these purveyors, plus enjoy a 3-course, seasonal lunch prepared by Chef Geoff Lazlo.
