Camp Gan Israel of Greenwich holds summer camp orientation day

Camp Gan Israel of Greenwich, 270 Lake Avenue will hold Camp Family Camp Orientation Day on Sunday, June 26, from 3-5 p.m. Registrants will have the opportunity to meet Camp Gan Israel of Greenwich’s leadership, including counselors, coaches, tennis pros, thematic specialists and more. It is not too late to register for Summer 2016, but spaces are limited.

familycampdaySummer at Camp Gan Israel of Greenwich includes guests and top experts from Greenwich. Greenwich’s own celebrated farm-to-table Chef extraordinaire, Jeff Lazlo, will be holding cooking classes for campers during culinary week.

Family events such as an annual Camp Family Dinner, Parenting Conference and an Intergenerational Challah Bake get parents and grandparents involved. This year’s weekly themes include: environmental week: the attitude of gratitude; theater week: sharing is caring; culinary and technology week: stick with family.

Campers and parents will be invited to participate in Camp Gan Israel’s 5th Annual Family Softball Game. Registration is required.

Circus camp is an extra program within Camp Gan Israel, registration is separate and spaces fill up fast.
