Interfaith vigil honors Orlando shooting victims

The community is invited to an interfaith vigil on Thursday honoring those killed in the shooting in Orlando. Presented by The Triangle Community Center, the vigil will unite the center with  its religious partners and local government officials on June 16, from 7 to 8 p.m., at Norwalk City Hall, 125 East Avenue in Norwalk.

The vigil will “support the LGBTQ community, share thoughts and prayers for those who were killed, and support every community impacted by violence and hatred. The goal of this event is to foster love and support for every community in attendance,” a press release said.
