Mondays @ 7 networking group hosts financial wellness workshop

David Nash, financial wellness coach, speaks to Mondays @ 7 networking group on “Money Talks — A Financial Wellness Workshop” Monday, May 16, at 8 a.m., at United Methodist Church of Westport and Weston, 49 Weston Road.

Money is a top stressor in relationships, especially when one is unemployed. 75% of divorces involve financial conflict. Money worries cause fear and anxiety. Developing common financial plans to achieve goals can strengthen relationships and reduces stress.

Learn about your financial personality and the need to understand it, about money scripts (core beliefs), strategies, reducing stress and improving relationships.

Meetings are free and open to the public. A $1 contribution is requested for coffee and bagels.
