Lord & Taylor holds Charity Day to benefit Habitat for Humanity

Lord & Taylor will hold its spring 2016 Charity Day to benefit Habitat for Humanity on Saturday, April 30.

All 50 Lord & Taylor stores will participate in an effort to raise funds for Habitat — an organization that partners with people all over the world to help them build or improve a place they can call home. To date, Habitat has helped more than 6.8 million people worldwide.

With the purchase of a $5 ticket, customers will receive two 30% off single-item coupons. In addition, they will receive a 20% off savings pass, including 10% off of cosmetics and fragrances (for use on April 30 only; some exclusions apply). Tickets are available for purchase now at any Lord & Taylor store. The full $5 cost of each ticket sale made will go to Habitat for Humanity. Additionally, 1% of all LordandTaylor.com proceeds received on April 30 will go back to Habitat, up to a maximum of $15,000.

As a special bonus for this Charity Day, customers who purchase a $5 ticket at entrance locations on April 30 will also receive a Mother’s Day card.

While shopping, many floors of the Stamford store will be filled with fun and engaging animations such as: face painting, tarot card reader, sweet treats from Dimare Pastry Shop, Zumba classes, chair massage and more.

Lord & Taylor, 110 High Ridge Road, Stamford will be open on Saturday, April 30, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
