Legislative breakfast set for Thursday at Town Hall

Have community concerns? Want to hear from your elected representatives? Then come to the Greenwich United Way’s Legislative Breakfast, hosted by its Community Planning Council on Thursday, Dec. 13 from 7:45 to 9:30 a.m. in the Town Hall Meeting Room.

The event will feature a dialogue with State Rep. Alfred Camillo, State Rep. Livvy Floren, State Sen. Scott Frantz and First Selectman Peter Tesei. State Rep. Stephen Walko, who was elected last month to his first term to replace the retiring State. Rep. Lile Gibbons will also participate in the discussion. He will be formally sworn in this January.

As a wide variety of concerns continue to challenge individuals, families, government entities non-profit health human service providers and the need for open discussion, good information, collaborative work and thoughtful prioritization has never been greater, according to the United Way.
