ASOG Sunlight and Shadows art show winners announced

The Art Society of Old Greenwich presented awards to ASOG member artists for their artwork in the Sunlight and Shadows Art Show, now on exhibit at the Byram Shubert Library through March 31.

Responding to this theme, ASOG artists have created a diverse and dramatic show of patterns, forms, colors, and the interplay of light and shadow in landscapes, cityscapes, portraits, still lifes and florals. Artist Gilberto Natareno judged this show and selected first and second place award winners in each media category: watercolor, acrylic, oil, pastel, mixed media and photography. Winners were presented with awards at the artists’ reception at the library on March 3.

The show is located in the art gallery at the Byram Shubert Library, 21 Mead Avenue, Greenwich. Byram Shubert Library hours are: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm; Tuesday 10 am to 6 pm; Thursday, 12 pm to 8 pm. Parking is available on the premises.
