Greenwich Point art unveiled Sunday

The recent storm has ravaged Greenwich Point, damaging many of the historic structures that have been so carefully preserved over the years. But the focus will soon be on rebuilding and restoration and people can still enjoy the beauty of the Point in the new book of artwork depicting it at its finest.

The Friends of Greenwich Point has complied a book of artwork depicting the Point. Come join the friends for the book unveiling and art show featuring original paintings and prints from the book. A silent auction of the art work will be held simultaneously. Many of the artists who contributed to the book will also be at the event.

The event will be held on Sunday, Nov. 18 from 3 to 6 p.m. at Arcadia Coffee at 20 Arcadia Road in Old Greenwich. Proceeds from the auction and the book, will help ongoing Friends of Greenwich Point projects including habitat restoration efforts.
