The Boston Globe is reporting that General Electric Co. will relocate is global headquarters, moving from Fairfield to Boston, according to an official familiar with the process.

A former Stratford teacher’s aide charged with having a sexual relationship with a minor now faces new charges of sexual assault with another minor that police say occurred at the Trumbull Marriott.

The Trumbull Police Department is currently investigating a burglary that took place at the Mobil Service Center located on 950 White Plains Road shortly before 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 12.

The annual Gathering of the Vibes music festival, whose organizer in late November suddenly canceled this year’s event, owes $750,000 for police overtime, according to Mayor Joe Ganim’s administration.

The Redding Pilot reports that seven burglaries have been reported in Redding in the last three months. That’s quite a number for a town that averages about ten per year, says Police Chief Douglas Fuchs.
