A Night of Art, Music and Beer at the Bruce Museum

Connecticut Young Professionals is teaming up with the Bruce Museum and Two Roads Brewery for the Dallet Happy Hour on Thursday, Jan. 14, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., at the Bruce Museum.

Happy-Hour-image-(1)Guests can enjoy local music and local brews from Two Roads and experience the new exhibition Fierce and Fragile: Big Cats in the Art of Robert Dallet, organized for the benefit of the global wild cat conservation organization Panthera and featuring the art of the late French artist and naturalist whose life-like paintings of wild cats for the Parisian house Hermès have captivated a generation. Music for the event will include a playlist of Connecticut bands and there will be CDs available, some for free and others for purchase.

The Museum’s galleries will remain open after hours for the event and staff will be on hand to give informal tours of the art and science exhibitions on display.
