Free SCORE case study workshop: Running a Restaurant

SCORE Fairfield County and co-sponsor the Greenwich Library will present a free SCORE case study series workshop “Running a Restaurant” on Thursday, Nov. 12, from 6-8 p.m., check-in starts at 5:30, at the Greenwich Library, 101 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich.

This workshop will review what is important in starting a successful restaurant and how to keep it running successfully.

Panel of Experts:

Mark Moeller is president of The Recipe of Success, a consulting firm in restaurant development. He has owned 2 restaurants, one in Manhattan — a French crepery and a bistro in New Jersey.

Ken Roffe is managing partner at Roffe & Green, Inc. His experience has focused on sales, marketing, business development and general management with Fortune 500 companies. Ken’s experience has been in both B2B and B2C marketplaces – he has significant experience finding growth opportunities for clients internationally. His consulting work focuses on B2C companies in healthcare, consumer products, hospitality, retail and automotive services.
