Erb promoted at Halstead’s Greenwich office

Halstead Property announced the promotion of Joann Erb to Executive Director of Sales of Greenwich. Erb has a wealth of experience in and understanding of the Greenwich real estate market, having spearheaded the opening of their new Greenwich office to the front of the field in the local market since it opened in 2013.

“Joann has been a great asset to our new Greenwich space on Mason Street. She is well known within the community as a real estate expert and has a great sense of how to best buy and sell properties in this highly competitive market. Longtime Greenwich resident Erb has been involved in real estate for more than 24 years. She co-founded a local real estate firm, Round Hill Partners, which became a market leader in Greenwich. A highly respected local presence, Erb will continue to be responsible for day-to-day management and strategic growth of the firm in town. She was recently elected to the Greenwich Board of Realtors, she also serves as a member of the Risk Committee for the Board. Erb is an active member of the community, having served as the President of the Lucas Point Association and a Board member for the Bruce Museum. She and her husband have two children and one grandchild.
