Free SCORE Small Business Workshop Dec. 16

SCORE Fairfield County and co-sponsor the Greenwich Library will present a FREE SCORE Small Business Workshop “Setting Goals and Staying on Track” on Wednesday, Dec. 16, from 6-8 p.m., check-in at 5:30, at the Greenwich Library, 101 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich.

It’s easy for small business owners to feel overwhelmed by day-to-day events and frustrated by their inability to achieve consistent growth. But day-to-day events can be shaped by the business owner to a far greater extent than they think. The solution lies in a 3-step process:

  1. Defining clear business goals — your sales and earnings targets
  2. Creating clear action plan priorities — the pathways to goal achievement

Setting clear measurement milestones — the feedback required to stay on track

Speaker:  John Harmon is a SCORE volunteer. He owns and operates a management consulting firm – Adulant Consulting Services. He was formerly an executive at Eastman Kodak, the Gartner Group, and Pitney Bowes in sales, marketing and strategic planning positions.
