Christmas tree sale to benefit local charities

Christmas-Tree-Sale-BabyIt’s time for the annual Christmas Tree and Wreath Sale at The First Congregational Church of Greenwich, 108 Sound Beach Avenue, Old Greenwich (across from Binney Park). The sale begins Saturday, Nov. 28, at 9 a.m., and will be held each Saturday, 9-6:30, and Sunday, 11-5, through Dec. 13 (or as long as trees last). There also are wreaths, garland, ornaments and accessories.

All New Hampshire award-winning trees are fresh-cut the week of Thanksgiving.Free family photos. Free delivery in Old Greenwich and Riverside.

Proceeds from this sale go to benefit area charities this year including, Kids in Crisis, Shelter for the Homeless, Young Mariners Foundation, Call-A-Ride, UNICEF (Syrian Children in Crisis), and BackCountry Jazz (music programs for underserved students).
