Come see our studio, meet our Pure Barre Greenwich team and experience our incredibly effective technique on Saturday, Oct. 3.

About Pure Barre

Based on isometric exercise, the Pure Barre technique is one of the fastest, most effective, yet one of the safest ways to change the shape of one’s body. Pure Barre Greenwich open its doors in December 2012 and in the months since has established itself as a valuable member of our community by providing its clients more than just a place to “Lift, Tone & Burn”. Under the motto “Pure Barre Greenwich 4 Life”, Pure Barre Greenwich also offers clients support and access to strategic partners, community and educational events, all with the aim to help its members achieve the best version of themselves.
