Freezing rain to give way to snow Monday

Snow and freezing rain tonight is expected to change to all snow mid-morning on Monday according to the National Weather Service. Snow on Monday could accumulate to two to four inches.

DSC_0106As of Sunday night Greenwich Schools had made no announcement about any possible change to Monday’s schedule.

Hanradio.com plans to be on the air at 6 a.m. Monday with a Stormcast.

The chance of precipitation Monday is 100%.

Temperatures Sunday night will bottom out around 23 degrees and tomorrow’s high will be near 27.

Snow is expected to continue through Monday until about midnight with an additional inch of snow possible and a low temperature around 20.

The Weather Service predicts that Tuesday will start cloudy and then gradually clear with a high near 32.
