Brunswick hockey blitzes Millbrook School, 6-0

On the road at Millbrook School on Wednesday, the Brunswick School hockey team broke open a 1-0 game with three goals in the second period and coasted to a 6-0 win.

The Bruins played a solid 54-minute game and received contributions from all 15 skaters in the lineup, as well as senior goaltender Matteo Esposito, who earned the shutout with 27 saves.

Senior co-captains Mike Faulkner and Tommy Dunleavy, along with juniors Jack Stephenson, Max Fuld, and Colin Slyne, all had multi-point afternoons to lead the Bruins’ offensive attack. 

With the victory, the No. 7 ranked Bruins move to 16-3 on the season, upping their season-high win streak to six.   

Next up is Hoosac at home on Saturday and faceoff is set for 5 p.m.
