Greenwich Education Group has appointed Christopher Grey as director of College Consulting.

Mr. Grey will lead Greenwich Education Group’s portfolio of college admissions consulting services. He comes to Greenwich Education Group after 20 years of experience assisting a wide range of prospective applicants in their preparation for the admissions process to colleges and business schools. He also served as a former senior admissions officer for Emory University, Sewanee: The University of the South and Yale University.

Victoria Newman, founder and executive director of Greenwich Education Group, said, “We are excited to welcome Mr. Grey to lead our independent college consulting practice. This appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to building a strong and agile organization that is responsive to the ever-changing education market. Mr. Grey brings a deep understanding of the selective nature of secondary education with two decades of experience supporting students and parents, as well as providing individualized coaching, admissions guidance and career counseling. His experience in admissions for highly selective schools and diversity recruitment will definitely bring an advantage to our clients.”

According to Greenwich Education Group, Mr. Grey believes strongly in a comprehensive approach of championing students from the early stages of college planning all the way through the process of selecting and applying to colleges and universities. “

Grey reframes the admission process for students and parents as an opportunity to reflect on a student’s educational path and challenges them to articulate their ambitions, talents and goals. His goal is to help each student find a college or university where he or she will not just do well, but more importantly, thrive,” Greenwich Education Group said.
