Come to Christmas on Round Hill at the Round Hill Community House on Friday, Dec. 5 and Saturday, Dec. 6 for a taste of holiday tradition.

The “gala preview party” launches the fair weekend on Friday, Dec. 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. It will feature music, festive drinks and hors d’oeuvres and a photo booth with Santa props. In the midst of all the fun, there will be plenty of opportunities to complete your holiday shopping.

Bring your family and friends to the Community House on Saturday, Dec. 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., for Christmas on Round Hill, an old fashioned Christmas fair.

Fun for everyone, the day includes photos with Santa, visits with surprise holiday characters, rides on the Round Hill Express, crafts for children to make and take home and exceptional holiday shopping. Back by popular demand, magician Stephen Christopher and his multi-talented animal friends, will entertain.

Be sure to bring your holiday shopping list to both events, because you’re sure to find the perfect gift for even the most challenging person on your list. At the heart of the fair is The Treasure Trove, a collection of treasures and collectibles. You may stumble on a picture, or a pillow, or piece of silver.

At Something Special you will see beautiful work handcrafted by women of the Round Hill Art Studio. Fine decoupage plates, decorative lacquered boxes, wood wastebaskets, magazine racks, faux finished tables, mailboxes and hand-painted children’s furniture and holiday decor are just a few of the wonderful items available at very reasonable prices.

Fabulous Foods is a bountiful collection of home baked holiday delicacies, including traditional plum puddings, while they last. Living Greens” offers beautiful poinsettias and plants to decorate your home. A variety of Vendors will be selling handmade jewelry, accessories, scarves, decorative pillows, children’s clothing and more.

Tickets for the Gala Preview Party start at $50. Admission is free on Saturday. Photos with Santa are available for a nominal fee. The Round Hill Community House is located at 397 Round Hill Road.
