Agapanthus Rising will be available for purchase the first week in November through Amazon, bookstores and and its author Roxana Bowgen is coming to Greenwich.

A meet the author event and book signing is scheduled for Tuesday, Nov. 18 at the Greenwich Water Club, Coxswain Room, third floor, from 6 to 9 p.m. Refreshments and a complimentary raw bar will be available. This event is free and registration is required at [email protected] Books signed by the author will be available for purchase for $24.95.

Join Ms. Bowgen now as she offers up her incredible story as a launching pad for her readers to explore the meaning and purpose of their lives. Ms. Bowgen is the Founder of Volunteers on Call, Inc., an all-volunteer 501 (c) (3) humanitarian agency based in Greenwich. She has led service teams to Rwanda, Kenya, Peru, Costa Rica and the Caribbean as well as in the United States. She is donating part of the proceeds from sales of this book to the ongoing work of VOC, Inc.
