Registration open for NYC holiday shows

Making plans for the holiday season? If you act now you can enjoy the town sponsored trips to New York City for the Radio City Spectacular and a Vienna Boys Choir concert.

The deadline for registration for the Greenwich Department of Parks and Recreation’s two, all-inclusive holiday day trips for the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and the Vienna Boys Choir Holiday Concert at Carnegie Hall is coming soon. Both trips are open to all ages, adults must accompany children under 18, and are a great way to celebrate the holiday season.

Each trip includes admission, dining, round trip transportation and a tour/trip director.

The Radio City Christmas Spectacular ticket includes orchestra seating and afternoon dining at Le Rivage. The trip to Radio City is on Tuesday, Dec. 2 and the deadline for registration is Monday, Nov. 3 . The Vienna Boys Choir Holiday Concert will take place on Sunday, Dec. 14 and the deadline to register is Friday, Nov. 14.

The concert will be held at Carnegie Hall and includes orchestra seating and a three-course brunch and cocktail. The Vienna Boys Choir has performed across the globe for more than six centuries.

The all-inclusive price is $169 per person, per trip. Space is limited. The pick-up and drop-off location for both trips will be at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center parking lot, 90 Harding Road, Old Greenwich. For reservations, call The Upper Class at 914-725-5640 and mention “Greenwich Recreation” to save $10 per person.
