History of clockmaking talk

Learn Connecticut’s rich history in clock making and understand the simple mechanics from Wyatt Bennett as part of a new program being put together by At Home in Greenwich.

Mr. Bennett brings to the discussion 65 years in the business of jewelry and clocks and people attending can bring clocks or pictures to learn about their own timepieces. This free program is sponsored by At Home in Greenwich and takes place on Thursday, Oct. 16 at 10 a.m. in Fletcher Hall at the Second Congregational Church, 139 E. Putnam Avenue.

At Home in Greenwich is a private, nonprofit, nonsectarian organization, that provides Greenwich residents professional guidance to meet life’s challenges and live confidently in their own homes as they grow older.

RSVPs are requested and can be made by calling 203-422-2342..
