Evelyn Peterson, a founding member of Greenwich Pen Women, is now a lifetime honorary member of the organization, a branch of the National League of American Pen Women.

The league’s board voted the honor to celebrate her 59 years of participation and support of the group, which is composed of professional writers, artists and musicians.

Former president and current parliamentarian Joyce French, President Deborah Weir, Vice President Marcia Hamilton and Corresponding Secretary Kathy DiGiovanna made the presentation of a certificate of honor on July 23 in Ms. Peterson’s home.
