Castiglione sings in Byram Park series

The Department of Parks and Recreation has announced that Francesco Castiglione will perform on Saturday, Aug. 16 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at Byram Park. The rain date is Sunday, Aug. 17.

Mr. Castiglione will be performing his own renditions of songs from popular artist such as Frank Sinatra’s My Way, Michael Buble’s Quando Quando Quando and Sway, Elvis Presley’s Can’t Help Falling in Love, and Andrea Bocelli’s Con te Partiro.

In 2002, Mr. Castiglione appeared on the E! TV show called Celebrity Dish, where he sang live, and played the accordion with the actors of the show The Practice. In 2003, Mr. Castiglione made appearances on the NBC hit show The Restaurant.

More recently Mr. Castiglione was featured on the front page of the New York Times. He finished recording his first album with South American pop star Derek Lopez. The album offers a mix of different rhythms from the samba filled Terra Bella to the Caribbean reggae sounds of Batida De Coco.
