Town movie night goes outdoors

The Department of Parks and Recreation will hold Family Movie Night outdoors at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center Monday, July 21.

The movie, the animated hit Hotel Transylvania, will start at approximately 8 p.m. If it rains the movie will be shown inside the building.

In Hotel Transylvania,  Dracula (voiced by Adam Sandler) has invited all his best friends — Frankenstein and his wife, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, the Werewolf family, and more — to celebrate his beloved daughter Mavis’s (Selena Gomez) 118th birthday. For Dracula catering to all of these legendary monsters is no problem but the party really starts when one ordinary guy (Andy Samberg) stumbles into the hotel and changes everything.

Come early, bring a picnic dinner, a blanket or lawn chair, Frisbee, Wiffleball and bat and enjoy the movie under the stars. There is no barbecuing permitted.
