In celebration of the end of the school year, the YWCA Greenwich Preschool held its first Ice Cream Social for students and their families.

Carvel of Commerce Park donated chocolate and vanilla icream with sprinkles and music was provided by school music teacher Marcia Lewis. Children enjoyed the sunny day on the Komplan Structures playground and in the center’s other play areas.

“We had a good turnout of over 200 people and judging from all the smiling faces… we plan to make this an annual affair,” Director of Childhood Education Geri Smiles said.

The highly rated preschool is now accepting registration for a limited number of openings during the 2014-2015 academic year.
