Learn about butterflies at Greenwich Point

Learn about butterflies during a special session at Greenwich Point’s Innis Arden Cottage June 29 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Some 30 butterflies will be on display as visitors learn about the life cycle, habitats, migration and anatomy of the flying insect.

Other exotic insects will be on display as well, including prickly devils and jungle nymphs.

Guests will be allowed to touch and hold several of the insects, and learn about how they can start their own butterfly garden.

Magic Wings Butterfly Conservatory & Garden will deliver the program presented by the Friends of Greenwich Point and the Garden Club of Old Greenwich with support from the Bruce Museum.
