Greenwich Adult Day Care had no shortage of exciting Chinese New Year celebrations.

A highlight of the week-long New Year program was a special visit from entertainer Liz Bolick on Jan. 29. Ms. Bolick, the owner and creative director of entertainment group Miz Liz and Company, walked around the room, balancing and juggling different objects.

After the performance, Ms. Bolick began one on one interactions with each senior by painting Chinese New Year themed designs on their hands.

GADC senior, Mort Cohen, exclaimed, “I thought it was very interesting and captivating. I was waiting for her to drop something but she never did. She was very impressive!”

Ms. Bolick decided to donate her performance to GADC seniors. She said, “I enjoy giving back to the community and know the seniors here could benefit from this.”
