Ms. Floren represents the neighborhood in the state legislature and she will not be the only speaker. Bonnie MacKay Caie of Houlihan Lawrence Realty is also scheduled to appear.

According to the association, Ms. Floren is scheduled to discuss the state’s fiscal responsibility with tax revenue and sending and the impacts on Greenwich as well as intra-state transportation and possible toll roads, state education mandates and the Greenway path along the Merritt Parkway.

Ms. Caie has been a Realtor in Greenwich for more than 27 years. She grew up in town to a family with roots dating back to 186 and she says that is where her love of period homes and historic preservation started. A question and answer period will follow each speaker’s remarks.
