Pagnani to lead Sotheby’s International Realty

Greenwich native Pamela Pagnani has joined Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. as vice president and brokerage manager of the Greenwich brokerage.

In this role, she will lead 83 associates affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty in Green-wich.

Ms. Pagnani has more than two decades of experience in real estate law, specializing in the representation of high net worth clients in real estate transactions. She has also been counsel to developers and investors in new construction, mixed-use projects and condominium conversions. Sotheby’s called her an expert in a wide range of complex real estate transactions, and trumpeted her closing more than 300 high-profile contracts.

“Pamela Pagnani is a seasoned real estate professional with a personal commitment to the Greenwich community who will be a strong leader for our Greenwich operations,” notes Kathryn A. Korte, president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty. “We look forward to the leadership and expertise she will bring to our team.”

Ms. Pagnani is a speaker at local real estate forums and has been quoted in publications such as The New York Times regarding real estate trends and issues. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in educating real estate industry leaders, leading panels and seminars.

Devoted to community service, she is an active member of the Greenwich community. She serves as a board member of the Greenwich Chamber of Commerce and the Greenwich Government and Community Affairs.

In addition, Ms. Pagnani is involved with the Greenwich Riding Trails Association and Greenwich Preservation Trust.

She has also served as a Trustee at Greenwich Academy where she chaired the Advisory Committee and served on the Building and Facilities and Development Committees. In addition, she has been affiliated, either as a member or volunteer, with the following organizations: The Junior League of Greenwich and New York City, Young Women’s League of New Canaan, The Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich, Dewey & LeBoeuf’s Women Initiative Committee, and AmeriCares.
