Hospice and Palliative Care talk sponsored by At Home in Greenwich

Learn about what kind of care is right for your family at a talk on palliative care presented by Donna Coletti, MD, on Tuesday, April 29 at 10 a.m. at Second Congregational Church.

In her talk, titled The New Palliative Care: Redefining Hope, she will compare palliative and hospice care, what types of patients are appropriate for referral, how to talk with your physician about these options, as well as the myths and misunderstandings surrounding these practices.

The event is sponsored by At Home in Greenwich and is free and open to all. At Home in Greenwich is a nonprofit membership organization whose mission is to enable senior Greenwich residents to remain in their own homes as they grow older.
