Greenwich High boys lacrosse thumps Wilton, 18-7

The Greenwich High School boys lacrosse team scored early and often during its game against Wilton High School Thursday night at Cardinal Stadium and came away with the 18-7 victory.

The combination of Decker Curran and Ryan Flippin were unstoppable for Big Red, as they each finished with three goals and an assist. Not to be outdone was the group of Jamie Paradise, Sam Saleeby, Kyle Foote, Will Perry and Bobby Goggin, as the group of Cardinals added two goals apiece.

John Tooher and Luke Finneran each added one goal to help Big Red in the victory. In net Greenwich’s Tommy Rogan finished with nine saves, while Wilton’s Jameson Hill made 18.

For Wilton, the duo of Harrison Bardwell and Brendan Devane each finished with two goals to lead the team.

With the victory, Greenwich upped its overall record to a perfect 4-0 while the Warriors fell to 2-2 on the season.
