Greenwich boys volleyball can’t tame Tigers, fall 3-0

The Greenwich High School boys volleyball team was unable to get past Ridgefield High School earlier today, falling 3-0.

For Greenwich, Marco Garcia paced the team with four kills, two service points, one ace, seven digs and one block. Not to be outdone was Max Gould, who finished with four kills, three service points and 11 digs. Michael Gianopoulos added four kills in the losing effort.

For the Tigers, Griffin Jones had 14 kills and four digs, while Chris Mclean added 16 assists.

With the loss, Greenwich fell to 1-2 on the season while Ridgefield improved to 4-0.
