Round Hill Community Church organizes Easter Week

Easter is all week long at Round Hill Community Church, which has organized an array of holiday events.

Celebrations begin with a Service of Tenebrae with the Sacrament of Holy Communion on Maundy Thursday tonight, April 17 at 7:30 p.m. On Saturday, April 19, from 2 to 3:30 p.m., there will be an Easter Workshop for the whole family. With a variety of arts and crafts, children are invited to help the church decorate the Community House and Church with their beautiful artwork. Parents are invited to assist and everyone is welcome to enjoy light snacks and drinks.

On Easter, April 20, worship service begins at 9:30 a.m. Dr. Horstmann’s sermon is titled Roll Back the Stone. During Church School. Youngsters will enjoy an Easter egg hunt. Special music will be performed by the choir, soloists and chamber orchestra.

Following the service, there will be a special coffee hour in the Church Community House.
