The Greenwich High School softball team was firing on all cylinders yesterday against Wayne Valley High School and picked up the 23-8 victory.

Rebecca Decarlo was stellar for the Lady Cardinals, as she finished 4-for-6 with five runs batted in. In addition, both Dominique Gambino and Jen Ambrogio each went 3-for-5 with two RBIs. Madison Burhans went 2-for-5 with four RBIs, while teammate Erin Ferguson finished 2-for-5 with two runs batted in.

Starting pitcher for GHS was Katie Piro, who had one walk and one strikeout. In total, Greenwich finished with 21 hits on the day.
