First Bank of Greenwich expands team

First Bank of Greenwich has announced new additions to its sales team. Both Renata DeOliveira and Stephen Tedesco have joined as vice presidents in the bank’s lending department.

According to the bank, both new appointments bring extensive experience to the table. Ms. DeOliveira has been working in lending, strategic planning and target marketing for more than a decade. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and is an active member of the Mid-Fairfield & Stamford Board of Realtors. Mr. Tedesco has built a career spanning two decades in commercial lending, business development and building long-term client relationships. He is an active member in the Old Greenwich Lions Club, Stamford Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club.

Frank Gaudio, senior vice president of First Bank, said he is confident that Mr. Tedesco and Ms. DeOliveira round out a talented team and will help bring forth a bright future for the bank.

“We have a very strong presence in the community and with our bank now on the map, we feel that our highly competitive products and programs help local businesses and families find the right solutions for their lending and deposit needs,” said Mr. Gaudio.
