At Home in Greenwich hosts peaceful death discussion

At Home in Greenwich invites the public to a talk by Cynthia Casoff Henry on Friday, March 14 at 2 p.m. at Second Congregational Church.

Ms. Henry, author of Dying: A Guide to a More Peaceful Death, spent many years as a hospice nurse, as well as caring for her own ailing mother. She recognized the urgent need for sick and elderly patients to learn how to die peacefully and with dignity and how their loved ones could best support them during this sensitive time.

Books will be available for purchase after the talk.

The event is free and open to all. To register, contact Executive Director Lise Jameson at 203-422-2342.

At Home in Greenwich is a nonprofit membership organization whose wide range of services enables senior Greenwich residents to remain in their own homes as they grow older. The talk will take place in Second Congregational Church’s Fletcher Hall, located at 139 East Putnam Avenue.
