Pisani addresses Woman’s Club on Thursday

Greenwich Post columnist Joe Pisani will be sharing the humorous tone of his writing about everyday life through a speech he is set to give tomorrow, Feb. 20, to The Woman’s Club of Greenwich.

The speech will be given at 1 p.m. at the club’s location at 89 Maple Avenue. Admission is free and is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.

In addition to his weekly Did I Say That? column in the Post’s Greenwich Life section, Mr. Pisani is a principal of The Dilenschneider Group, a strategic counseling and corporate communications firm in Manhattan, N.Y. He has been a writer and editor for 30 years and worked for the Times Mirror Company of Los Angeles and the Chicago Tribune. Locally, Mr. Pisani was previously the editor/senior vice president of the Stamford Advocate and Greenwich Time and was responsible for their day-to-day news operations.

Mr. Pisani’s columns now appear in the Post and other Hersam Acorn newspapers, Act 2 Magazine, Fairfield County Catholic and the Catholic Transcript.
