In Greenwich there’s never a lack of things to do and 2013 was packed with everything from movies being shot in the streets to blizzards to street festivals and carnivals. And through it all John Ferris Robben was there.

The Greenwich native isn’t just the official town photographer, he’s also the Post’s guy on the scene and he was at Greenwich’s major events in 2013. He was at the Greenwich Town Party and the St. Roch’s Feast. He was there when Winter Storm Nemo blasted the area. He was there when the Greenwich Police Department began a weapons turn in program and residents emptied their closets of some curiosities (including a bayonet). And he was there for most of the major social events in town.

Now you can get a chance to see the very best of his work here in the Post. This collection highlights some of the major events of the past year including the snowstorm, fireworks, the town animal shelter’s effort to promote dog adoption and the Town Party.

There will be many big events to come in 2014 and the Post and John Ferris Robben will be on the scene again bringing the best local coverage in town.

More pictures will be available Monday at Greenwich-post.com.
