Youth roller skating party set for Dec. 26

Roll back in time on Dec. 26 when the Department of Parks and Recreation will host a Roller Skating Party at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center.

The session will be offered for children in kindergarten through sixth grade from 1:30 until 3:30 p.m. The cost to skate is $5 and includes the skate rental if needed. Your own roller blades or skates may be worn. If you need roller skates you must sign up by Friday, Dec. 20. A parent or guardian must accompany children during the session.

Sherry Kline, who runs the popular roller skating program at the Eastern Greenwich Civic Center, will also run this program at the Western Greenwich Civic Center. She will direct a fun filled day of games, contests and skating for everyone.

Tickets are limited; sign up in advance at the Bendheim Western Greenwich Civic Center, located at 449 Pemberwick Road.
