Day Pitney opens office in Greenwich

For more than 100 years, Day Pitney, a regional law firm, has had a commanding presence in Connecticut and now it will bring that force to Greenwich.

The firm recently relocated to a historic, three-story Victorian house on Field Point Road.

“This move reinforces our commitment to Greenwich and the Fairfield County community,” said Day Pitney managing partner Stanley A. Twardy, Jr. “We are celebrating our 35th anniversary in Fairfield County this year, so there’s a lot of excitement about that as well as the move.”

The firm’s new Greenwich office, with 8,000 square feet of office space will be the newest of Day Pitney’s five Connecticut offices.

“We look forward to serving our clients at this new location in the heart of downtown Greenwich,” said Amy K. Wilfert, managing partner of Day Pitney’s Greenwich office.

Day Pitney serves a wide client base that includes Fortune 100 companies and individuals. The firm also boasts a strong presence throughout the Northeast region with offices in New Jersey, New York, Boston and Washington, D.C.

The new Greenwich location will continue to serve Day Pitney’s clients in estate planning and administration, residential and commercial real estate, business law, private equity and investment funds.
