Greenwich Academy field hockey shuts out Millbrook School, 5-0

Another victory and another shut out for the Greenwich Academy field hockey team.

On Saturday, the Gators hosted Millbrook School in their annual Breast Cancer Awareness game. Wearing their pink jerseys and socks, Greenwich Academy came away with the 5-0 victory.

Tati Viola scored the team’s first and last goals of the game. During her first goal Olivia Leseur came away with the assist, while Teddi West netted an assist in her second goal of the game.

Leseur also ended up on the scoreboard, scoring the team’s second goal, with Sarah Frauen picking up the assist. Anna Khoury scored Greenwich Academy’s third goal of the game an her goal was the first of Khoury’s career. Frauen rounded out the scoring, by making the score 4-0, as Sarah Fritts and Katrina Kraus were awarded assists.

The Gators will be back in action Tuesday when they battle Rye Country Day School.
