Greenwich Fine Properties: Campbell focuses on local real estate

Greenwich native, Harvard grad, licensed attorney, civic leader and community parent — if this is the checklist for your ideal real estate agent, meet Jim Campbell of Greenwich Fine Properties.

A graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law, Mr. Campbell started his career as an attorney specializing in real estate transactions.

Shortly thereafter he earned his real estate license and quickly went on to become a Realtor. In a press release, Greenwich Fine Properties said that, “Mr. Campbell’s unique combination of legal and realty skills delivers his clients double the expertise in the valuation and marketing of real estate, and exceptional savvy in negotiating the details of buying or selling a home, including short sales and bank-owned properties.”

For the past 10 years Mr. Campbell has overseen the marketing and selling of $100 million in new construction of single family homes and luxury condominiums in Fairfield County for Summit Development, gaining expertise in luxury residential and new construction.

Now the firm said it’s happy that he has chosen to focus his talents exclusively on his hometown.

A product of the Greenwich Public School system and current chairman of the Greenwich Republican Town Committee, Mr. Campbell has also served on the Greenwich Representative Town Meeting and as vice chairman of the Board of Estimate and Taxation. Because of this he said he is keenly familiar with current events and topics impacting the community and the marketplace.

“There is no more important transaction to any client than one involving the purchase or sale of their home. My job as a Realtor is to use my professional experience, local market knowledge and negotiating skills to provide the best possible representation to both buyers and sellers,” Mr. Campbell said.

Also a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, Mr. Campbell has lived and worked in San Francisco and Switzerland, and speaks fluent Italian. He lives in Greenwich with his wife Jennifer and their daughter Alexis.

Greenwich Fine Properties is an independent, locally-owned, luxury real estate boutique with deep roots and a community focus.
